Return Policy
AI Computer Guide is an informational directory and Amazon Associate. Because we do not directly sell, fulfill, or ship any hardware, all transactions pass securely through Amazon.com.
1. Standard Tech & Hardware Returns
Most computer components, including GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, and power supplies purchased through our affiliate links, are fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon generally allows returns on new and unopened tech within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Defective or Damaged Components
In the event that you receive a defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) graphics card or processor, you can easily initiate a replacement or full refund through your Amazon Orders dashboard. Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee typically covers items fulfilled by third-party sellers on their platform as well.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Since AI Computer Guide does not process payments or handle inventory, you must complete your return directly through Amazon:
- Log in to your Amazon.com account.
- Navigate to Returns & Orders in the top right corner.
- Find the specific hardware purchase in your order history.
- Click Return or replace items and follow the on-screen prompts to print your return label.
3. Pre-Built AI Workstations
If you purchased a pre-built workstation (such as an Apple Mac Studio or a custom-built PC) through Amazon, please pay close attention to the specific seller's return window. While most follow the standard 30-day policy, some heavy electronics or specialized high-value pre-builds may carry unique restocking fees if the item has been opened, booted, or heavily used prior to return.
4. Need Support?
If you need help deciding which GPU best fits your AI needs *before* buying to avoid the hassle of a return, please feel free to reach out to us on Twitter/X or review our VRAM calculators. For all post-purchase shipping or return inquiries, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly.
